Aztecs Camping Group is the Aztecs tribe of the Bear Nation, YMCA Adventure Guides. Our website is aztecstribe.com.
Only what a member gives us: his name, email address, phone number, shirt size, his daughters' first names, and optionally an emergency contact and his wife's or partner's contact details. Nothing is collected from anyone who is not a member of the tribe.
Running the tribe, and nothing else: campout headcounts, crew rosters, dues, and getting hold of a dad when plans change. Email and text messages are sent only about tribe activity.
A phone number is used for text messages only where the member has ticked the opt-in box himself. Full details of the messaging programme, including how to stop, are on our SMS disclosure page.
We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or any other contact detail with anyone. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Members of the tribe who are signed in can see the roster. Nothing is public. A wife's or partner's details are visible only to the tribe's officers unless the member has explicitly chosen to share them.
While a family is in the tribe, and for as long afterwards as the roster history is useful. A member can ask for his record to be deleted at any time by emailing us.
